Justin accepts briefs in all areas of the law.

Justin was admitted as a lawyer in 2021. Prior to joining Lachlan Macquarie Chambers, Justin worked at a specialist family law firm in the Sydney CBD. During that time, Justin would regularly appear in the Parramatta, Sydney, and on occasion Melbourne registries of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Divisions 1 and 2.

Justin has acted and appeared for parents, and third parties in parenting matters including divorce, international relocation, and high conflict parenting cases with intersecting criminal law and child welfare issues. Additionally, Justin has acted in complex property matters involving issues arising out of trusts, and foreign assets.

Justin has also appeared in the Local Court for contested ADVOs and domestic violence offences, and in the District Court for historical offences. Before specialising in family law, Justin gained experience working at a mixed practice firm in predominately general litigation in the Local, District and Supreme Court.
